Paper submission guidelines

The papers should be submitted to ovdbigge@ulb.ac.be. The final version of the papers (at most 8 pages) should be prepared according to the following guidelines, which can be achieved using this Latex file.

Presentation guidelines

We allow 12 minutes per presentation and an additional 3 minutes for questions. Please, prepare your presentation such that it fits within this strict time limit.

The lecture room offers a PC and projector. Please, bring your presentation as a PDF document on a USB memory stick. All presentations will have to be loaded onto the PC during the break before the sessions. This will also be the opportunity to introduce yourself to the Chair of your session.

Poster guidelines

For your poster, a board will be provided which measures 1 m wide by 2 m tall. Poster session will be held in the entrance hall of the main building. Materials to attach the posters to the boards will be available.

You are requested to install your poster during the lunch time (12:00-13:30 on both days).
